Adelicious C. Ngowi is Tanzanian lady who is inspired to focus on the youth by adding meaning to their lives i.e. adding value to the life of youth. Through this inspiration, she has joined Life minus regret programme as a chair person of Board of Trustees. This programme aims at addressing the most significant concepts of the purpose to youths and young adults as way out of regret. Adelicious graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Catholic University of Eastern Africa - Nairobi, Kenya and she also holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wuhan University of Technology – P.R.China. She is a banker by professional having experience in commercial banks as well as Development bank (DFI). As a chairperson of the board of trustees of life minus regret programme, she is motivated to see the youths and young adults are able to experience self – discovery by realizing their personal purposes for life and be able to live a meaningful life in the society

Alphonce C Luhamba He is a Tanzanian Motivational Speaker ,preacher and Co-Founder of Life Minus Regret Programme that inspires purpose living. He has published several motivational, relationship and devotional books and articles. The popular book is called, “Si kwa tamaa, Bali ni kwa upendo” Alphonce is a graduate from Mzumbe University and currently he serves as an Accountant at Local Government and Life Minus Regret Programme Chairperson. He has touched thousands through his speeches, books, sermons and articles. He together with life minus regret team are publishing one article every Friday at www.lifeminusregret.blogspot.com

Fokas Makauki is a graduate from Mzumbe University in the field of IT, and a co-founder of Life Minus Regret Programme. Currently he serves as a freelancer graphics designer and IT personnel in Life Minus Regret Programme.  He is very motivated to see spiritual changes to youth which has impact to the society as a meaningful life.

Augustine Matambo is a student at Jordan University pursuing a diploma in Computer Science, and co-founder of Life Minus Regret Programme. In the programme he serves as Programme Treasure. He is also a preacher of Word of God and also serves as Trainer of Trainers for the Youth Catholic Charismatic Tanzania.
